KOREAN Air Cargo has announced the launch of a "mobile" website (mcargo.koreanair.com) that customers can enter through Korean Air Cargo's homepage (cargo.koreanair.com) or by using the QR (Quick Response) code.

    Smart phone and tablet PC users with OS (operating systems) above Android, iOS and Blackberry 6.0 can key in the URL of the homepage to be directed to the website automatically.

    Cargo booking and storage charges are now accessible as well as a platform for customers to track their cargo via cargo tracing, as well as receiving updates on Customs clearance, cargo category and current operation status at the cargo terminal. Customers can also check flight schedules, arrival and departure status, and basic information about local branches.

     In other news, the cargo carrier delivered 1,400 tons of Beaujolais Nouveau from the wine-growing region in France to Korea and Japan at the beginning of November.
