FORMER Ryan International Airlines vice president Wayne Kepple pleaded guilty in US Federal Court in Fort Lauderdale to charges he received US$520,000 in kickbacks in exchange for awarding contracts to his co-conspirators, reports United Press International.

    A former Rockford, Illinois charter airline executive has been charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and honest services fraud. Each count carries a possible 20 years in prison and $250,000 fine, which could be increased.
