United Parcel Service (UPS) will establish a subsidiary in Zhengzhou City, central China's Henan Province, by the end of this year, according to a Memorandum of Understanding the company signed with the municipal government, reported Xinhua.

UPS will focus on developing express business in Zhengzhou and will also establish an international air hub in the city, said Li Songjiang, CEO of UPS China.

UPS entered the Chinese market in 2001.
