Jesper Praestensgaard, who has been responsible for the Global Markets und Global Accounts departments on the Executive Board at Hapag-Lloyd AG since January of 2011, will be leaving the Company at his own request in June in order to take on new challenges.

Until further notice, Michael Behrendt, Chairman of the Executive Board of Hapag-Lloyd AG, will assume responsibility for the departments.
