On the morning of March 4, 2009, the CPC and government leaders from Hongkou District People's Government and Shanghai Maritime University visited SISI, listening to reports from SISI's leaders on the preparatory work of SISI and the annual plan for 2009-2010. The leaders of both sides exchanged views on the development of SISI.
