On March 15, Huang Youfang, Vice President of Shanghai Maritime University and Deputy Director of Shanghai International Shipping Institute (SISI); Secretary-General Zhen Hong of SISI, and Deputy Director Gan Aiping of SISI Shipping Finance Institute met with leaders from the Shipping Finance Department and Hongkou Branch of the Bank of Communications. Both sides carried out discussions and reached an intention to cooperate in the field of shipping finance.
