May.3--MOL and Pacific International Lines have announced a new joint Indian Ocean Islands Express Service.

The IOX/IOI weekly service, which is scheduled to begin on June 7, will employ four 1,100-TEU ships, with each carrier contributing two vessels.

The port rotation will be: Singapore; Port Louis, Mauritius; Tamatave, Madagascar; Reunion; Singapore.
