XUZHOU Comprehensive Logistics Park in eastern China's Jiangsu province will commence building in the city's Quanshan Economic Development Zone, according to Xuzhou municipal government, reports Xinhua.
The Xuzhou Comprehensive Logistics Park will be jointly built by world's leading logistics and industrial facility provider ProLogis and a Hangzhou road port logistics management company, entailing an investment of CNY4 billion (US$653.2 million).
The facility will build three main functional areas such as warehousing and distribution area, market cluster area for logistics production material and logistics business area.
According to the plan, the project is expected to attract a total number of 1,000 enterprises from logistics, warehousing and distribution as well as commercial and trade companies in three years. Once completed, its annual logistics business revenue is expected to reach CNY5 billion and annual commercial and trade revenue of CNY5 billion as well as to bring tax revenue of CNY500 million every year for the government. |
