Ma Shuo, Ph.D., professor of World’s Maritime University, mainly studies maritime economics, international logistics, as well as shipping and ports, with outstanding achievements received in the domain of maritime economics and port management, etc. He is responsible for postgraduates training programs in shipping and port management. He has been the vice president of World Maritime University since 2001.
