(COSCON), deputy General Manager and secretary general of the Party Committee, China COSCO Holdings Company Limited. After joining Tianjin Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd. (now renamed as COSCO Bulk Carrier Co., Ltd) in 1982, he had served successively as the section chief and deputy division chief of Shipping Division, Tianjin Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd., deputy manager of the Third Division, manager of the Third Division and manager of the Second Division, CIMC Head Quarters, General Manager of Shipping Department, president assistant and spokesman of China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company (COSCO), member of the Party Committee and vice president of COSCO (Hong Kong) Group Ltd, vice chairman and General Manager of COSCO Pacific Co., Ltd., among other positions.
