He had served as deputy section chief of Secretary Section, Shanghai Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd., director of President Office, Shanghai Shipping Exchange, department chief of COSCON Publicity Department, department chief of COSCO Publicity Department, and deputy department chief of COSCO Department of Party and Masses' Affairs. He is now the deputy General Manager and secretary of CPC Committee, Hainan COSCO Boao Co., Ltd.
