Liu Guiyun, director of Logistics and Port Institute of Ningbo University, academic leader of Transportation Planning and Management of Ningbo University, and trainee of the 151 Talent Program and 4321 Talent Program of Zhejiang province. Liu has led more than 10 projects, including Zhejiang Soft Science Research Project, scientific research project of Zhejiang Department of Education, soft science project of Ningbo Science and Technology Bureau, and planning for philosophy and social science of Ningbo. Liu is currently presiding over a research project of Zhejiang Natural Science Foundation, and participating in many other projects as a key member, including one of the National Natural Science Foundation. Liu has published more than 20 academic papers in leading journals such as Journal of Zhejiang University and Navigation of China, and also won a string of awards, such as the first prize of the 6th National Award for Theoretical and Practical Achievement in Advanced Productive Forces, and third prize of China Port Technology Award.
