Liu Xunliang, a Shanghai native born in 1961, president of Shanghai Hong Yang Maritime Services. Having engaged in this industry for more than 20 years, including over 10 years in Hong Kong and Singapore, Liu has worked as college teacher, market analyst, and manager and board member of shipping agency, shipping service company and maritime consulting company. Liu is currently a member of SISI expert panel, secretary-general of Shanghai Shipbrokers Association (SSA) and president of China Newbuilding Price Index Co., Ltd.
