Zhang Rong, male, born in Feb 1966, PhD of Engineering, professor, doctoral supervisor and deputy secretary of Party committee of the College of Traffic and Transportation Engineering of Tongji University. Zhang has a bachelor’s degree in railway transportation from Shanghai Railway Institute, a master’s degree in business administration from Fudan University, and a PhD in Traffic and Transportation Planning and Management from Tongji University. Zhang used to be a visiting scholar at CNRS-LET (Transportation Economics Laboratory of the French National Center for Scientific Research).
