Wang Xuefeng, male, born in June 1959, deputy chief of SISI Shipping Service Institute, professor and doctoral supervisor of Shanghai Maritime University. Wang got his bachelor’s and master’s degree from Shanghai Maritime University and doctor’s degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is now dean of Shanghai Advanced Institute of International Shipping of Shanghai Maritime University, an arbitrator (logistics) of China Maritime Arbitration Commission and Shanghai Arbitration Commission, leader of the expert panel on tally personnel qualification system of MOT Occupational Accreditation Center, and an expert panelist of China International Freight Forwarders Association. He used to be a visiting professor at University of Western Australia Business School.
