TAIWAN's Evergreen is to add a third dedicated Far East-Mideast loop to its portfolio through slots on the Middle East-Asia Express (MAX/MEX) operated jointly by OOCL and Cosco.

The service deploys 8,000-8,500 TEU ships on the following rotation: Shanghai, Ningbo, Hong Kong, Shenzhen-Shekou, Singapore, Jebel Ali, Dammam, Port Kelang, Singapore, Hong Kong and back to Shanghai.

It adds to the Far East-Middle East APG service operated by Evergreen jointly with Hyundai Merchant Marine, ensured through slots on HMM's service, reports Alphaliner.
