Global logistics service provider headquartered in Taiwan for four decades, Dimerco Express Corporation, has been certified as a "China Well-Known Trademark."

The certification is held in high esteem on the mainland and is certified by the Trademark Office, Trademark Review and Adjudication Board of the State Administration for Industry & Commerce, as well as the Supreme People's Court of China.

The company has become the first Taiwan-based logistics company to be honoured and anticipates that this will help bring a higher level of confidence to the industry. At the same time, Dimerco Zhongjing Int'l Express Co in China, was given an AAA classification in this year's enterprise credit ranking by CIFA.

While counterfeiting has become a critical problem in China, foreign companies receiving this "Well-Known Trademark" are safeguarded under this certification, a company statement explained.

In addition, the certification helps to enhance a brand's reputation and also helps importers win trust from consumers and spur economic interests.

According to the latest report from the Trademark Office only 30 Taiwan enterprises have been given this certification with Dimerco taking the lead in the logistics industry.
