Chicago's SEKO Logistics has been named highest ranking forwarder for customer service for the second year readers of Boston's Logistics Management magazine, the company announced.
Now in their 32nd year, the awards are the culmination of six months of research conducted by Peerless Research Group to identify the best in customer service.
Said SEKO Logistics CEO William Wascher: "Customer service is driving our growth and presenting us with opportunities to participate at the highest end of the supply chain."
Winners were chosen after customers were asked to rate companies strictly on the basis of service quality. One of the most notable elements about the Quest for Quality awards is that they allow shippers to vote in the genre of services they use. In 2015, 4,649 decision-makers cast votes.
