Echo Global Logistics, Inc. a leading provider of technology enabled transportation and supply chain management services, today announced that it has launched a self-service Transportation Management System (TMS) called FlexTMS(TM).

FlexTMS is a software-as-a-service TMS with integrated managed services. This "a-la-carte" product provides shippers with a customized, cost effective solution for their logistics needs. It offers clients a standard solution which includes routing guide management, automated load entry, tendering and acceptance, load visibility with customized reporting and analytics complemented by industry experts to assist with freight management.

This product is unique in that it was created for shippers with strong buying power and carrier leverage but lacking advanced technology. The self-service cloud based TMS gives these shippers advanced functionality without the large capital investment necessary to acquire and implement their own software. Users have access to experts in the transportation industry in addition to a web-based portal that is tailored to their specific needs.
