The operation will be run out of a newly acquired, 82,000-square foot, shared user facility in Oxfordshire, to handle 20 million units of merchandise annually across 30,000 stock keeping units (SKUs).
The semi-automated site handles the processing and storage of hanging and boxed garments, and fashion accessories with a staff of 330.
The company is also responsible for all relevant customs clearance activity as well as having 4PL responsibility in North America and China Hong Kong. In addition, it will manage reverse logistics activity and customer returns for the four brands, and carry out end-of-season de-stocking activity.
