Safe Chain Solutions, a Benchworks Company, announced recently that it has purchased the building at 822 Chesapeake Drive in Cambridge, Maryland. The modern, award-winning facility is the site of Safe Chain headquarters. It is located on 6.29 acres in the commercial district and consists of 15,000 square feet of office, distribution and warehouse space.

The purchase of the building is part of the expansion plan for Safe Chain and offers the possibility of building out additional space as necessary. Expected growth in the form of new business will likely result in job creation in the areas of logistics coordinators, accounting, IT and account managers.
