Hanjin Shipping is introducing a new express service linking Central China, California and Japan from May this year.

The South Korean shipowner announced it will launch its new China America Express Service (CAX) started from 24 May.

“Hanjin Shipping is launching this new service to meet customer’s increasing demand on fast and reliable service from Central China to the US West Coast,” Hanjin Shipping commented.

The 11-day transit CAX will see the deployment of five 4,000 teu container vessels with a port rotation of Ningbo, Shanghai, Long Beach, Tokyo, Osaka and back to Ningbo.
