On March 28, "the restructuring and development of inland water transport Seminar" was held in SISI. The meeting made a discussion  on the development of inland water transport problems  and the exemplary role of Huzhou in the restructuring and development of inland water transport.

Former Deputy Minister of Transport Xu Zuyuan, Management Committee of Shanghai combination port Director Xu Guoyi , Prof. Zhen Hong, Secretary-General, Deputy director of port Institute Mao Boke, the Leadership of Huzhou Transportation Department and  shipping and ports authority attended the meeting.
