Prof. Zhen Hong, secretary-general of SISI, Zhao Nan, assistant secretary-general of SISI, and Lu Weiling, director of Council Services Department of SISI, visited the Consulate General of Russia in Shanghai on March 9, 2016. Leonid Ignatenko, deputy consul general and Alexey Shmakov, vice-consul from the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Shanghai made a warm welcome to Prof. Zhen and his delegation.

Prof.Zhen Hong, secretary-general of SISI, introduced Shanghai International Shipping Institite. Mr.Ignatenko, Deputy Consul general, had a discussion with Prof. Zhen and his delegation on issues related to the development of port and shipping industry.
