Following a recent change in jurisdiction, a meeting was held on Aug 3 at the Xi’an International Trade and Logistics Park to hand over the work of environmental protection at Xinzhu and Xinhe streets to park authorities.

Officials from the park and those from Xinzhu and Xinhe streets and Baoqiao district (which had administered the two areas before) attended the meeting. An agreement on governance take-over was then signed to clarify the responsibility of relevant parties.

Officials all vowed to cooperate with one another to ensure the consistency of the work and policies of environmental protection after the take-over.
