Sixteen-nation Eastern and Central Europe Pavilion, Bulgaria Republic National Pavilion and Bulgaria National Rose Pavilion have recently opened at the Waigaoqiao Area of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone.
The three pavilions are located on the 3rd floor of 310 Fasai Road in Waigaoqiao and take up 2,000 square meters of space.
The 16-nation Eastern and Central European Pavilion will introduce green agriculture, food industry, manufacturing technologies and fine minerals from the 16 countries to the Chinese market. It will also bring tourism resources from these countries into China.
The Bulgarian pavilion will be the first one to open and it will take up an area of 200 square meters. It will display more than 600 types of Bulgarian products.
The Bulgarian Rose Pavilion will display more than 300 types of rose products in 50 square-meter area. The Macedonian and Czech republic pavilions are under construction.
Other countries such as Slovenia, Croatia, Latvia, Albania, Romania and Serbia have expressed their desire to open national pavilions in the pilot free trade zone.
Australia, Russia, Italy, Chile and Mexico have already opened pavilions in the zone to promote their products. The national pavilions also offer training, product release, trade talk, import agent services, logistics and business consulting.
