The audit bureau of the Xi’an International Trade and Logistics Park’s management committee organized a training course on Sept 23 to raise the awareness of management risks.

Wang Lei, a lawyer from Shaanxi Hongzhen Law Firm was invited to give a lecture outlining how to avoid legal risks in contracts. More than 100 financial and contract management personnel from a dozen tenant companies attended the course.

Wang gave a brief introduction to general contract and legal terms and elaborated on common legal risks and prevention measures. Attendees said that they learned a lot from the practical and straightforward lecture.

The audit bureau has launched four training courses on topics such as contract management and “the replacement of business tax by value added tax”, improving the park’s administration and enhancing its ability to prevent against risks.
