Born - JLG EMEA has chosen Broekman Logistics as its strategic location for its spare parts logistics operations. Starting in early 2017, Broekman Logistics Born in the Dutch province of Limburg will conduct JLG EMEA’s logistics operations.

This partnership will involve moving the entire spare parts operation from Maasmechelen to Born. The JLG Parts Distribution Center located in Maasmechelen will close as of 31 December 2016.

“We are immensely proud that we have been able to set up a partnership with a major American player like JLG. Born is the perfect location; multi-modal, not too far from the main harbours and right in the middle of a densely populated market. We are certain that this is the start of a long and successful relationship that will guarantee growth for both companies in the years to come”, says CEO Raymond Riemen.

As a logistics expert, Broekman Logistics will provide the seamless coordination between the production planning and the customer logistics that is necessary for a successful business. Broekman Logistics in Born, Limburg has been a specialist in the field of spare parts logistics for many years. With the new warehouse that opened in May, the location has grown to cover 55,000 m2, of which a large part will be used now to store spare parts for JLG.
