FedEx has been named the most admired express delivery company in Asia and the 20th most admired of all multinationals listed in the Wall Street Journal's 200 Most Admired Companies in Asia 2010.
"We are honoured to receive such recognition from executives in the Asia Pacific region," said FedEx Express Asia Pacific president David Cunningham. "The result is testimony to how FedEx has gone above and beyond in delivering service excellence, whatever the environment."
The survey lists the top 200 multinationals operating in Asia based on five attributes: company reputation, quality of products and services, management's long-term vision, innovation, and financial soundness. More than 2,700 executives and professionals from a wide range of industries across Asia Pacific participated in this online poll.
Also making the list in the transport field - in the top 10 - were Hong Kong's Cathay Pacific, and Singapore Airlines.
