On September 7th, Xu Kai, director of Shipping Informatization Research Department of Shanghai International Shipping Institute, was invited to Hamburg, Germany as a guest speaker to participate in the “Sealine and Maritime Developers Conference” (SeaDevCon), and lectured on "AIS-based shipping market analysis applications" in the "AIS Summit Forum".
