APM Terminals Barcelona is still up and running, no delays
Date:2020-04-02 Readers:
APM Terminals Barcelona has been operating without incident despite the safety measures implemented and the restrictions imposed by the authorities to stop the spread of the coronavirus.

Last week the terminal reached optimum productivity levels with a stable occupancy capacity allowing it to cope with the current situation. Terminal value-added services such as repairs and weighing are ongoing without delays despite a significant increase in demand.

"At the moment, thanks to the cooperation of the entire team, we are able to carry out all of our operations without incident. Fortunately, none of our staff are ill from Covid-19 and we are all continuing to do our work. In our commitment to the logistics chain and the port community we will continue to put all our efforts into the correct performance of our activity."

APM Terminals currently operates a global network of 78 port terminals and 117 land services operations in 58 countries worldwide. The company facilitates port and operations management to 60 shipping companies that provide import and export services for containers, bulk, general cargo and other cargo.
