According to the "Special Maritime Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China", this court designated the establishment of the auction committee of the vessel "G. O. America" that conducted a public auction of the vessel.

The auction committee of the vessel "G. O. America" sold the vessel on March 25, 2020 to the buyer Lu Ruibin and handled vessel transfer procedures on April 3, 2020.

The ownership and other corresponding rights of the vessel "G. O. America" have been legally transferred to the buyer Lu Ruibin. The buyer bears no liability for any debts of the vessel before it was transferred to the buyer.

After receiving the vessel, the buyer should go through the ownership registration procedures at the vessel registration authorities with the written order, a letter of confirmation for conclusion of the auction with the bidder and related materials.

The former owner of the vessel should undergo formalities for cancellation of the registration of the vessel's ownership at the former ship registration authorities. Failure to undergo formalities for cancellation of registration of the vessel's ownership by the former owner shall not affect the transfer of the vessel's ownership.
