THE 4,250-TEU Singapore flagged Kota Lembah, managed by Singapore's Pacific International Lines (PIL), collided with a fishing boat early in the morning of July 28 in Bay of Plenty, off northern North Island, NZ, reports Kiev's Maritime Bulletin, which specialises in marine casualties.
