Shanghai's Northwest Logistics Park Bonded Logistic Centre has commenced operation, reports Xinhua.
    The bonded logistics centre is one of the 17 such facilities approved by the China State Council and the core of Northwest Logistics Park, which is one of Shanghai's four largest logistics park.
    The facility takes up an area of 0.33 square kilometres. The first phase covers 0.18 square kilometres and the second phase 0.15 square kilometres. It is situated in the northwest of Shanghai's Putuo district with an easy access to trunk highway and expressway network.
    Waigaoqiao Bonded Logistics Park and Northwest Logistics Park has jointly set up a company to manage the new facility.
