SINGAPORE's Tee Tree Investments has announced the development of a new food and beverage (F&B) container park, called Cosford Container Park, located at 30 Cosford Road.
With a cost exceeding US$3 million and a total area of over 38,000 sq ft, the park will feature 13 container units optimised for F&B, making it one of Singapore's largest F&B container parks.
The park is set to open in the third quarter of 2023 and overlooks Changi Airport's runway.
Previously home to Thai restaurant 555 Villa Thai, the park is within walking distance of Loyang and a 10-minute drive from Pasir Ris and Tampines.
"Cosford Container Park will be a vibrant space that looks to inject a breath of fresh air to its surrounding neighborhoods," said Tee Tree Investments director Ant Tee.
"We aspire to create a space that goes beyond just the food, with lifestyle spaces and a touch of immersive art and entertainment experiences with a festival vibe."
