CMA CGM has announced the launch of its first shipping "customer loyalty" REWARD program - SEA REWARD. CMA CGM said the project was a sign of its commitment to "leveraging digital innovation to enhance the customer experience."
SEA REWARD will reward customers based on how often and how much they ship using the "SpotOn" platform. "SpotOn" is a digital platform launched by CMA CGM in 2022 to simplify the booking process by providing instant quotes, price guarantees and other services.
After the client joins the SEA REWARD program,SEA REWARD classifies customers into four levels, Lieutenant, Captain, Master and Admiral, based on loyalty, and offers different benefits, including mileage points that can be used to offset related expenses.

SEA REWARD will initially be available to digital customers in Europe and will gradually be rolled out to other regions.
