On the morning of 25 May, with two melodious whistles sounding across the gorge, the river-sea direct ship "Innovation 5" successfully berthed at the refuelling berth of Hubei Zhongyi LNG refuelling station, which is the first river-sea direct new energy ship ushered in by this refuelling station in its history to berth for refuelling operations.
In order to ensure the safety of the vessel's berthing and refuelling operation, the Guojiaba Marine Patrol and Law Enforcement Brigade of Yichang Guizhou Maritime Office arranged law enforcement forces in advance to carry out on-site safety maintenance for the vessel's berthing operation, boarded and inspected the implementation of safety measures prior to the operation, and conducted safety propaganda to the vessel's side on matters of navigational and operational safety.
"Innovation 5" is an LNG dual-fuel-powered river-sea direct ship, which started the direct river-sea route from Zhoushan to Chongqing for the first time on 24th April this year. The opening of the route, marking the first time in history of the river and sea direct ship into the hinterland of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, the success of the LNG refuelling, but also marks the Three Gorges Reservoir has been fully equipped to provide new energy for the river and sea direct green route to provide new energy to protect the ability.
