TAIWAN's Wan Hai Lines is pleased to announce Transpacific service: PS6, a new service that provides a direct connection from Asia to the US West Coast.

"PS6 service is a new Slot Exchange Cooperation between Wan Hai Lines and Ocean Network Express (ONE), the service will take effect from February 2025. With this cooperation, WHL would be able to provide an additional Asia-USWC service covering Shanghai, Ningbo, Long Beach, Oakland, Shanghai and Ningbo," Wan Hai Lines said in a statement.

As part of Wan Hai Lines 2025 Transpacific service plan, the company's existing AP1 service will also undergo service rotation adjustment in order to provide Vietnam, South China and Taiwan customers with better transit time, the shipping line said.

AP1's updated service schedule with effect from February 2025 will be Haiphong, Cai Mep, Shekou, Xiamen, Taipei, Los Angeles, Oakland, Shekou and returning to Haiphong.

Wan Hai Lines said it's confident the new PS6 service and AP1 service adjustment will provide customers with even better service quality to USWC.
