The biggest cargo ship in Pakistan's maritime history has docked at Karachi Port, reports 24News HD TV.

The vessel, MSC Michol, is 400 metres long and berthed at the South Asia Pakistan Terminal. Built in 2023, the Liberia-flagged containership has a capacity of 24,070-TEU and is listed under IMO 9931290 and MMSI 636023098.

Officials hope the ship's arrival boosts Pakistan's role in global trade and strengthen its logistics infrastructure.
