China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing (CFLP) announced that China's non-manufacturing business activity index in early September stood at 60.1 points, unchanged month to month, Xinhua reported.

The high level of such index indicates the building and the service industries have been operating in high speed.

The indicator for new orders in August slightly rose 0.4 points from July to 56.2 points while new export orders dropped 3.6 points from July to 52.2 points, but the intermediate input index grew to 2.9 points on July's 59.3 points.
