Tata Steel gets French rail contract

India's Tata Steel said its European unit Corus had got a US$510 million contract to supply rail tracks to French operator SNCF. Reuters reported.
Tata Steel, the world's eighth-largest steel maker by output, said Corus would invest 35 million euros at its rail production facility in Hayange in France.
The contract is for an initial four years with an option to extend it by a further two years.
