KG Lindvall has replaced Mats Lagerqvist in Scania’s Nomination Committee, representing Swedbank Robur fonder.

After the above change, the Nomination Committee of the company consists of the following members:

Gudrun Letzel, representing Volkswagen AG − Chairman

Thomas Kremer, representing MAN AG

KG Lindvall, representing the Swedbank Robur fonder

Ramsay Brufer, representing Alecta

Scania’s Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2009 will take place on 6 May 2010.
