HONG KONG's Civil Aviation Department has approved reductions in the passenger fuel surcharge levies imposed by All-Nippon Airways, Cathay Pacific and Singapore Airlines in October.

    The new maximum surcharges will be HK$210 (US$27) for short-haul flights and HK$1,008 for long-haul flights, representing reductions of two per cent and three per cent, reported the Hong Kong Government Information Service.
