HONG Kong is the latest stop of mobile pop-up kitchen tour, Singapore Takeout, staged in a twenty-foot equivalent shipping container over a 365-day tour which launched in June 2011 until April 2012 covering nine cities, 10 chefs and 15 food brands.
The container unfolds into a working kitchen for each city stop of three days showcasing Singapore chefs, food products and flavours with London, Paris, Moscow and New York already.
Hong Kong will host the fifth stop of Singapore Takeout on November 11-12 to include Chef Sebastien Lepinoy from HK's Cepage, with a final show stop in China at Shanghai on December 1-3. The tour will continue into 2012 reaching Delhi on January 13-15, Dubai on February 18-20 and Sydney March 30 - April 1.
