    A spokesman for APM Terminals, the ports arm of Danish shipping and oil group A.P. Moller-Maersk , said on Tuesday:
 

    APM Terminals is interested in possibly developing a port facility at Russia's Kaliningrad on the Baltic Sea, but premature to talk about a project.
