Santos Brasil to issue US$54 million dividend

BRAZILIAN ports and terminals operator Santos Brasil, in a filing with the country's Security and Exchange Commission, said that it would issue a dividend pay-out of BRL99 million (US$54.4 million).
The disbursement was agreed upon at the company's recent general meeting, Dow Jones Newswires reported. Total payment will amount to BRL0.151 (eight cents) per preferential and ordinary share.
