New intermodal connections between German ports and Poland
Date:2010-04-16 Readers:

CTL Logistics has commenced intermodal transport connections from Hamburg and Bremerhaven ports to Poland, Euclid Infotech reported.

The number of movements is expected to increase fourfold in the coming months.

Currently CTL Logistics operates connections from Hamburg and Bremerhaven ports to Katy Wroclawskie twice per week. However, a direct service to Warsaw and Sosnowiec is to be offered soon, connecting all Hamburg port terminals CTA, CTB, CTT and Eurogate.

CTL Logistics said that its direct service takes one working day to deliver a container to the terminal in Katy Wroclawskie and three working days to Sosnowiec after it is received in Hamburg or Bremerhaven.
