Three liners to start new Japan-Indonesia service

    Hanjin Shipping, CNC and KMTC have announced Wednesday the launch of a joint service connecting Japan and Indonesia from 22 March 2011. The new weekly service will cover the trade lane linking the major ports of Japan and Indonesia. Four vessels with capacity of 1,700 teus each will be deployed in the service. Hanjin Shipping will provide two ships while CNC and KMTC will provide one each.


    The ports of rotation are Osaka, Kobe, Tokyo, Yokohama, Hong Kong, Manila, Surabaya, Jakarta, Manila, Hong Kong and Osaka.
