On October 28, 2009, Secretary-General Prof. Zhen Hong of SISI was invited to the "First Qixia Mountain Culture Festival – Forum on Port Economy" as the keynote speaker on "Analysis on the Basic Characteristics of the Development Models of the Fourth Generation Ports".
