Japanese shipping group Kawasaki owns the other half of the Kaplan Funds Management-managed company, which has a 29-hectare site in Sydney's southwest, with Prixcar holding a lease on the property.
Qube already has a 30 percent stake in the Sydney Intermodal Terminal Alliance, with other stakeholders including Stockland and Queensland Rail. Qube's significant shareholder is former Patrick boss Chris Corrigan.
